The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is supplied as a pre-assembled plug & play complete system in an installation cassette and has already been tested, ensuring quick and straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety

The telescoping lifting units are characterized by exceptionally high bending strength and torsional rigidity, in accordance with EN 1493. This is achieved by the innovative square SQUARE rams. These square rams are torsion-resistant and equipped with a durable, self-lubricating special nickel coating, which minimizes maintenance and prolongs service life. The integrated safety dual-hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guide system is designed to be sturdy and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leakage monitoring.

Operation and Control

The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, displaying all relevant data and information clearly. An electronic synchronization control ensures uniform lifting of the vehicle, regardless of the support position. A signal lamp assists with safe up and down movement. In the event of a power failure, a battery-operated emergency lowering function is integrated.

Features and Flexibility

The lift features an extremely robust roll-over cover made of aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface. This cover is rated for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg, with a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in support system allows for adaptation to very wide and flat vehicles. A CE-compliant pinch and shear point protection is provided for additional safety.
