Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot comprising 26 Maxus electric vehicles, consisting of the following models: E DELIVER 3 (15 units, registered to I.VE.TRA, zero km), T90 (3 units, new and unregistered; 1 prototype not registrable), and EH300 (7 chassis-cab, new and unregistered), sold as is, located at Faldo yards in Livorno. Transport costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

The lot is offered for sale at the total price (excluding VAT) of Euro 326,000.00.

Further details are available in the data room – access to be requested from the Auxiliary by sending an up-to-date company registry excerpt including the latest filed balance sheet – further instructions will follow.

Improved offers, in the context of any competitive sale, must be submitted to the Auxiliary by January 20, 2026, and must be secured by a non-transferable banker’s draft issued to the order of Koelliker Milano Srl for 10% of the offered price, to be delivered to the Auxiliary’s address.
