Subframe specially reinforced

Basic equipment:
- Subframe INP 180 approx. 7000 mm long, reinforced at the front in the crane area with S355 steel
- Hook height 1570 mm
- Reinforced pickup bar 60 mm
- C-locking system
- UVV compliant, tested to DIN 30722-1 (15,000 kg)
- Removable ladder at front in RAL color 3002 Carmine Red

Special equipment:
- Polyamide rollers at front and rear, greaseable and replaceable
- Front mounting plate for a loading crane, milled out and welded between the frame beams, 20 mm thick, 2000 mm long, made of S355 steel
- Clearance for loading crane 1000 mm, loading area internal length approx. 5850 mm
- Floor to wall 90° angle
- Advertising panel left and right, centered, 2000 mm x 1000 mm

Floor:
- 5 mm from HARDOX
- 8 lashing eyes, 4 per side, welded and rotatable in the floor

Side walls 2400 mm high:
- 3 mm from HARDOX
- Side stiffeners, height 2400 mm, sloped at front as with JET
- Front wall of loading area 1200 mm high due to crane
- Single-leaf door at rear, robust design, with pickup bar to allow container pickup from both sides
- Additional toggle screws

Corrosion protection:
- Container sandblasted
- All steel parts inside and outside primed twice

Paintwork:
- Synthetic resin coating in RAL color 9005 Jet Black
