* Completion of all chassis modifications required for crane installation, removal and installation of add-on parts, exhaust system, tanks, etc. – adaptation of the vehicle frame. All chassis and bodywork is executed in strict compliance with the respective OEM bodybuilding guidelines and performed in the highest quality. Complete assembly of a custom-engineered and manufactured auxiliary subframe made of high-strength fine-grained steel, for crane and superstructure. The welded and bolted design to the truck chassis ensures exceptional torsional rigidity and perfect crane vehicle stability. The subframe’s unique design is a key distinguishing feature. Implemented in premium quality and painted in chassis RAL color. Mounting/bolting the crane and main outrigger support to the subframe. Installation of all hydraulic and electrical connections. Mounting location: front.
* Flatbed version in steel/welded construction, REMOVABLE FLATBED approx. 4,800 mm length x 2,480 mm width, with hydraulic extension to 1,400 mm, remotely operated. Flatbed body in steel / sandblasted / painted in chassis RAL color. Removable aluminum drop sides, Suer brand, 600 mm high, anodized design. Standard flatbed floor with welded steel checker plate, 4 mm painted. 2 x MultiSave lashing rail systems, recessed and welded into the floor. 6 x Thiele lashing rings 5,000 daN recessed in the floor frame profile. 8 x retractable lashing points per side, 2,000 daN, flexible profile/arrangement. Stable front wall made of welded frame, welded 4 mm steel plate and 5 x accessory hooks, front wall height 1,300 mm, steel / painted in chassis RAL color.
