Painting:
- Entire steel structure shot-blasted after welding with automatic blast-wheel machine
- Second blasting with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- HRM metallisation of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) to ensure maximum corrosion protection
- Final painting with two coats of 2K topcoat, finished in MB 7350 Nova Grey
- Paintwork tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS, cavities sealed with special wax

Standard equipment included:
- One spare wheel with bracket in front of the bulkhead
- 2" kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- At the galvanized connection strip at the front: yellow-red air couplings
