Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" king pin, outer frame slightly inclined with 'Load-Lock profile' for lashing strap attachment. Note! To attach straps in conjunction with drop sides, the side boards must be opened! 24 t, 2-speed support leg, single-side operation, with straight lower section, without thrust compensation.
Without supports, extendable ladder at the rear, wheel chocks with holder, pallet box for 32 Euro pallets (long design), ground clearance approx. 300 mm. Loading height decreases by approx. 15–20 mm.
Axles & Suspension:
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, 'axle/chassis laser measured' for reduced tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension, without lift axle.
Braking System:
2-line compressed air brake system, colored line routing for easy service, spring-loaded parking brake. 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front, without interconnecting line. EBS brand Haldex, electronic brake system with EBS socket at front, without connection cable. Note: The trailer may only be towed by tractors that ensure the effectiveness of the ABS! With raise and lower valve.
Vehicle stability system, brake pad wear indicator via EBS-Canbus signal (for display in cab, truck must be prepared accordingly), axle load detection via EBS-Canbus signal (for display in cab; truck must be suitably equipped; not installed in truck, no calibrated scale). Tire pressure monitoring system TPMS Haldex, via EBS, not installed in truck (truck must meet prerequisites).
Electrics:
24 volts, multi-chamber LED lights with resistors, lateral yellow LED lighting, license plate illumination in LED (Note: certain towing vehicles can show faults even if functioning properly). 2 white position lights at front, 2 white/red lane marker lights at rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at front, without connection cable, additional LED work light at rear, switched via reverse light.
Floor:
Anti-slip phenolic plywood approx. 30 mm thick, on longitudinal supports for high point load capacity, for forklift axleload max. 7100 kg.
Front wall / Front corner posts:
2,580 mm high, steel corner posts in volume design, unlocking device for side curtain at front wall. Crash-blocker: lower interior approx. 140 mm high with steel bump protection.
Centre stanchions: 2 pairs of sliding stanchions, movable along the entire length, with 4 insert pockets (and long pocket at bottom). Multiple stanchion positions per pair.
Insert slats: 5 rows aluminium V-insert slats.
Rear wall / Rear corner posts:
Steel rear corner posts up to undersurface of roof, curtain attachment with round tube and tension ratchet. Rear portal doors, double-leaf, each with 2 internal locking rods.
Tarpaulin:
Tarpaulin with welded horizontal and vertical seat belts, tension locks in stainless steel, single-color tarpaulin in desired color.
Roof:
Sliding roof, rear end-lift foldable, canopy can be pushed from rear to front, L-roof beam for automotive industry, internal width between roof beams approx. 2,490 mm, tarpaulin color: white, non-elastic roof, minimal beam deflection during loading/unloading, anti-ice system with a central hose, with automatic forced ventilation via brake light (not available with front-opening sliding roof), optimal rear rain gutter—top rear crossmember above doors.
