Chassis:
Welded steel frame construction - lightweight design.
Front corners chamfered approx. 300 x 300 mm.
Platform left and right made of steel tear plate, designed as a trough, 2x divided.
In the middle, with aluminum sheet (5/7 mm) between the main frame.
Removable cover over front and rear steering.
Ball race (steering angle approx. 80°) incl. cylinder bearing mounted on the chassis to accommodate a special stool (without stool).
Aluminum covers in front of and behind stool (all openings closed).
Extended end plate.

Drawbar:
40 mm drawbar eye
Straight drawbar, length approx. 1,300 mm.
With drawbar support and bracket.

Axles:
BPW low-loader axles, 10 or 12 tons axle load each, bellows diameter 360 mm.
External ECAS air suspension system with total lift approx. 200 mm.
S-cam brake 400/200 mm, asbestos-free brake linings.
Automatic slack adjuster.
Reinforced trailing arms.
Safety cables on each axle.
Axle load manometer.

Steering:
1st and 2nd axle positively steered via turntable.
Steering angle mechanically adjustable via lever.
Hydraulic steering incl. batteries, battery box, control cable and socket as well as radio remote control.
Hydraulic unit 4.5 KW inside rear area.
Emergency operation of the steering via additional switch (operation without control signal from towing vehicle possible).

Rims and tires:
16 steel disc wheels, 10-hole, with press-fit depth, centered.
16 tires 285/70 R 19.5 148J tubeless.

Brake system:
Plastic half-shell mudguards with mud flaps on front bogie in front of 1st axle.
Plastic mudguards with mud flaps on 3rd and 4th axle.

Brake system:
Two-wire brake with EBS.
EBS (WABCO 4S3M).
Spring-loaded parking brake.
Without connecting lines to the towing vehicle.

Lighting and electrical equipment:
In accordance with motor vehicle law.
24 volt. 1x 15-pin sockets.

4 lashing points 8 tons on main frame (2 between 1st and 2nd axle and 2 between 3rd and 4th axle) for lifting the self-steering trailer.
